2007 Kia Rio/Rio5 Review

MSRP: $10,770 - $13,495
User Rating: 8.7 out of 10
Highs: Ride, controls, turning circle.
Lows: ABS option hard to find, acceleration, so-so fuel economy for class, crash-test results.
Overview
The Rio sedan and Rio 5 hatchback have a relatively pleasant, 1.6-liter, four-cylinder engine. Fuel economy is good but trails the class leaders. The ride is comfortable and quiet. Handling isn’t particularly agile. ABS is very hard to find. Curtain air bags are standard, but IIHS side-crash-test results are poor.
